You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

AccraNightOut may facilitate ticket purchases and table reservations through third-party payment and booking providers. We are not responsible for disputes between users and venues or event organisers. Any refund or cancellation policies are set by the individual venues and organisers.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listing, gig information, venue detail, or other content on the Service. Event details may change without notice.
